Most employees are qualified with HND's or Degrees in garden design, landscape construction or related courses. Most also have a great deal of experience in either design or construction.
Our work ethic is one of accountability, trust, working to one's strengths and flexibility, all with the common aim of producing the best gardens and offering excellent customer service. Induction training covers the basics and external courses are offered.
